Azolla is a water fern rich in proteins, fibres, minerals and vitamins. It can be used as a vegetable for preparing curry(thoran), vada, veg cutlet etc. Also can be used as a food for chicken, ducks, cattles, fish etc. It can be grown in pots, plastic sheet kept over terrace by raising the borders with bricks or waste materials in order to keep 15cm water level.

Live Azolla is collected and make it a parcel inorder to keep it live for 1 week. The nutriens for Azolla is also being supplied along with Live Azolla.

HOW TO USE
Procedure is simple… just remove the top paper cover, put the seed into the soil and spray water. Once the plant achieves a growth, the pot along with the plant can be transferred to a bigger pot. The biodegradable pot gradually degrades with soil and will aslo became a nutrition to the plant.
